Home Inspections Help Buyers & Sellers

A standard home inspection will cover items such as the home heating and cooling system, interior plumbing and electrical systems, roof, attic, structural items such as doors and windows and even more.

More and more of today's buyers are using a Home Inspector prior to the closing of their real estate transaction.  As a seller you can have a Home Inspection done before putting your house on the market.  This gives you the opportunity to make sure your property is in tip top shape.

As a buyer a Home Inspector may look at items you would not have considered and bring to your attention items that are important.

Cedar's Big Easter Egg Hunt

It's great to live in a small town.  While Cedar continues to grow we still maintain that small town charm.  One of my favorite events at Easter is the Easter Egg Hunt held at the Main Street Park.  The hunt begins at 9:30 and over 15,000 eggs will be handed out.  Lot's of prizes are also hidden.  Make sure and arrive early.  Parking can be a bit congested.
