I moved to Cedar from California. I saw an ad for a home for sale in Cedar City and I contact the listing agent, Heather Roundy. She really took care of us.
First she met us at the motel bright and early. She drove us around to all the available homes that were in our price range. We made an offer on a newly constructed home and Heather took care of everything.
